BOTOX® Cosmetic & Dysport
Dr. Zanelli is a board-certified dermatologist who has 15 years' experience administering BOTOX® Cosmetic for cosmetic improvement of facial lines and wrinkles. At the Z Skin Center for Aesthetic & Medical Dermatology ALL administration of BOTOX® Cosmetic or Dysport is performed by Dr. Zanelli himself, not a nurse or medical assistant.
When used expertly, BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport can safely soften lines of frowning and aging on the forehead, “crows feet” next to the eyes, and tension bands in the neck. BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport are the only FDA-approved treatments for the temporary reduction of moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in patients 18 to 65 years of age. It had been used in medicine for many years before its cosmetic use approval for spastic muscle conditions of the eyes, and is in fact also very effective for the problem of excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) under the arms.
